 @nacin: here's a first pass at trimming that string for 3.2 (I wasn't
 expecting anything for 3.1.1 so removing the confusing is a nice and
 elegant bonus):

 Once you add this code/refresh your browser, this screen archives that
 added code. A set of links for 15 screens will form a left navigation for
 the Network Admin sections. Toggle between Network Admin and Site Admin in
 the upper right of the Admin Header. The multisite network is now enabled.
