Comment:

 Our current opinion is that it isn't really relevant, as expressed above.
 I don't agree though -- my address bar URL field autocompletes, so why
 shouldn't it here?

 I'm going to move this to 3.2 for consideration. It should either be
 changed back, or wontfix'd.
