 First things first:
 What's the actual error message? If you're simply recieving a 500
 response, chances are PHP/lighttpd is blocking the error from being
 displayed, check your error logs.

 Have you disabled all your plugins and switched to the default theme, does
 the problem persist? (If you can't access those pages, simply rename the
 plugins and active theme's folder to revert)
