 A user chooses to Show Admin Bar in dashboard (Users > Your Profile). This
 displays the admin bar in the WordPress admin section.

 When adding new media on the Upload New Media page, the Select Files
 button incorrectly overlays any admin bar menu dropdowns.

 This is due to the Select Files button being a Flash item.

 This bug is present in 3.2 as well as 3.2.1.
