Comment:

 There are quite a lot of places where the "edit" screen doesn't let you
 delete:

 * Admin -> Users
 * Admin -> Media
 * Admin -> Links
 * Admin -> Links -> Link Categories

 plus those mentioned above.

 Do they all want changing?
