 File in WordPress is [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-
 includes/class-pop3.php /wp-includes/class-pop3.php] and in Squirrel Mail
 is

 I think the files original copyright holder should be kept. An additional
 note on top should be added that specifies the origin of the file. So it
 can be understood why COPYING is not passed with the file any longer.

 Copyright statements have been changed in the attempt to convert them to
 phpdoc tags in r6440. Phpdoc tags are in addition not in replace of the
 copyright statement. See the file upstream as linked above as well. This
 should be corrected as well.
