 There is an intentional (and slight) delay until a flyout gets hidden. But
 the moment another one is opened, the delay should be terminated and the
 flyout should immediately be closed. Two flyouts should never show at the
 same time.

 This bug has probably contributed to the occasionally voiced perception
 that the dashboard is a bit slower in 3.3.
