 Since 2 columns is the default layout for the post/page editor and our
 base grid is 960 (for 1024 wide), it's not okay that the TMCE toolbar
 breaks the editor so much when at a 1024 wide resolution. It seems like
 there ought to be a way to make the TMCE toolbar more flexible/responsive.
 At the very least, it makes demos of WP look terrible, since most
 projectors knock resolution down to 1024.
