 The toolbar is arranged in the following fashion:

 From left to right:
 * Network-wide items
 * Site-wide items
 * Post-specific items

 On the far right:
 * Account-related items

 Jane pointed out to me that the Search item is site-wide, but is currently
 placed after the post-specific items. This can cause some confusion (two
 items appear randomly in the middle of your front-end menu), and makes my
 IA sense tingle.
