 +1 to moving the Links and buttons closed to the wrapper area.  Would
 probably require a slightly taller toolbar, though :[

 I brought up the word count thing before as a possible incentive for
 writing more. dkoopersmith reminded me that DFW should be focused on
 content quality, rather than content quantity.  I don't think most
 bloggers are blogging for assignments.

 Also would say I'm against having a sticky checkbox for keeping the
 toolbox there. Decisions not options and a focus on the Distraction Free
 part of DFW :]. Less is more here, I think.
