 Okay, sorry I haven't gotten back to this yet... I was under the
 impression that Trac would email me when there were new comments, but
 since I hadn't told Trac my email address, I don't know how I thought that
 was going to work.  :)

 Initially, I don't think that it will affect oEmbed URLs... I'll add a new
 patch soon with that added.
