 It was [http://wpdevel.wordpress.com/2010/08/30/at-this-weeks-dev-chat-
 well-start-t/#comment-10050 recently mentioned] that an administration bar
 similar to the one on WordPress.com should be created.

 Apparently, the code that WP.com uses is pretty good, so that would be
 easy to use. I have, however, already started creating my own version of
 Viper007Bond's plugin, so I'll take responsibility for this.

  * Easy to setup, if not default
  * User actions accessible
  * Blog actions accessible
  * Pluggable (easy for plugins to add their own items to the bar)
