 Having not looked at how the data is sent at all, I don't know if this is
 feasible... but why not just store the list of menus in an array, json it,
 then send it to the server as one post variable? WordPress 3.0 has
 json_decode, it can pull that trick, get a PHP array, then save the thing
 as needed.
