Comment:

 Current email text is:

''Someone has asked to reset the password for the following site and
 username.

 http://domain.tld

 Username: jane

To reset your password visit the following address, otherwise just ignore
this email and nothing will happen.

 http://domain.tld/specialurl''

I get these emails all the time b/c people try to change my password for
some reason, and the poor grammar always bugs me.

Could the email be edited to say instead:

''Did you forget your password? Someone requested that the password be
 reset for the following account:

 http://domain.tld

 Username: jane

If someone else requested this by mistake, just ignore this email and
 nothing will happen.

To reset your password, visit the following address:

 http://domain.tld/specialurl

Don't forget, security begins at home, so please use a secure password to
 protect your account.

 Thanks for using WordPress!''

It would be ideal to pop the strength meter into the reset form, too.
People are far more likely to change password using reset than by going
 into profile.
