 I think that would be overkill. One 'restore default admin layouts' would
 be appropriate in the settings where we have all the other admin
 appearance stuff like color scheme, visual editor, size of post box. Oh
 wait, those are split between writing settings and profile/personal
 options. grr. We really need to fix up settings/profile interaction soon.
