 After activating or deactivating a plugin and trying to go to the next or
 previous screen of plugins, the screen shows no plugins and the page is 0.
 In other words, if I am on page 2 of the plugins and then I try to go to
 page 3, the screen shows "3 of 0".

 After that I am stuck and can't go to previous or next page. If I go to
 anything else, like posts and come back the screen is refreshed and
 handles normal.

 I have version 3.1-alpha latest trunk.
 This is a MS test setup with 25 sites and 68 plugins.

 I did have some other problems with the plugin screen but one of the
 latest trunks fixed those.
