 Ok, confirmed working. Non-latin slugs now work perfectly fine (tested
 with Russian and Greek). We removed the piece of code I mentioned earlier,
 added Westi's patch and it all works. So thanks, Westi! Nice to see that
 issue was noticed again. :)
