 In Sites list (multi sites), list header/footer different from other lists
 (Posts, Users ...) :

 Should be :
  * same color as other lists
  * same background color as other lists
  * column names (links) underlined (that way you can see there is some
 possible action on it)

 When link hovered,
  * should not change color
  * display a title 'sort by %s' (currently no title in link)
