 When using the unbundled version of WordPress XML export the custom
 taxonomy's associated with each post are lost when the XML file is
 imported back into another WordPress 3 installation.  All taxonomies
 imported in but not attached to any posts.  Both installations contained
 the exact same theme files.

 In addition (possible separate bug) the installation being exported from
 had the taxonomies available for use in new WP menu's.  The new
 installation being imported to did not have the taxonomies available in
 the WP menu UI.
