 No way to actually do an import now.

 After you install the new WordPress Import plugin (or any of the new
 importer plugins) you can't visit Tools->Import->WordPress as it just
 displays the plugin install screen reflecting that latest version is
 installed.

 Also under Tools->Tools, the two links to convert categories to tags and
 tags to categories report "Cannot load importer".
