 On my server at least, removing the CodePress directory was surprisingly
 enough to get it below whatever the threshold is, and enable a download at
 a 32MB memory limit. I tested that on the four HTTP transports that work
 on my server (all but httpext).

 I still think we should prune the package more, but I want to say we don't
 need to take drastic measures. Maybe just work on image compression and
 remove theme-compat just to get it down a little more.
