 I realized that while I was compiling the complete list.  :-)  I did not
 expect there would be so many of them!

 For future reference, and regardless of how we solve this for 3.0, I think
 it would be good if we  could avoid the introduction of neutral terms.  I
 think the basic distinction we have now is worth preserving:  Posts for
 stuff in reverse chronology, and Pages for hierarchical stuff.
