 It's worth noting that the Linux version of Chrome/Chromium doesn't
 support Gears - just HTML5 Local Storage - as the developers said they
 felt that Gears will soon by replaced by HTML5 Local Storage (see
 http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=17443#c4 ), yet as
 things stand WordPress Turbo still only supports Gears and all of Google's
 own services still use only Gears (although they're working on moving Docs
 over) even though Google's Gears team said they're discontinuing Gears
 development ( http://gearsblog.blogspot.com/2010/02/hello-html5.html ).
