 Create a new post and try to upload an image through the buttons above the
 tinyMCE. The upload will fail and the user will see no message but an
 empty block where the image should have expanded after upload. Obviously
 the reason for the upload to fail is because it is trying to attach it to
 this post (or an autosave of this post) which is not yet created.
