 Woo pulls in all pages and categories.  Some sites have hundreds or
 thousands of each.  Pulling in the categories is one of the main
 contributors to slow loading edit post forms.  We've talked in the past of
 getting rid of the full list of categories on the edit post form if more
 than x categories.  The menu admin is going to be hit extra hard since it
 pulls in both pages and categories (and possibly tags, posts, and other
 things).
