 Is there a reason the show_ui flag couldnt be used here?

 The use-case for wanting to hide the default Management page, whilst
 showing on the Post-management page would be rare. In the cases where
 someone wishes for their taxonomy to use the internal metabox, they'd just
 have to call the add_meta_box() function themselves.

 I think show_ui should be used for both.. But i'd be open to objections to
 that.
