 Before we get to string freeze, I'd like to suggest that the name 'Menus'
 would be improved by calling it 'Navigation Menus' instead. On the Widgets
 screen, the term 'Navigation Menus' is already used and actually refers to
 what we're calling 'menus' on this screen. Thoughts?
