 Just checked in http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/changeset/2076 to MU 2.9
 which is a barebones fixer page but it works well on the examples I threw
 at it.

 I see WP 3.0 is feature frozen now so this might get a spit and polish
 before the next minor release perhaps, but I'll add it to MU 2.9.2 if I
 can get people to test it.
