NOT the save link which isn't a good thing from a UI perspective.

It should also be furthest to the right. Delete should not be a button,
but a red link, and to the left.

columns. If anyone is against his way, comment now or else it's going in
 the next patch sprint.

The SAVE button is always furthest to the right when it is in a toolbox in
a sidebar area. In this instance the SAVE button is with the content
column, and in other areas of WordPress if it is in this area it is always
 left justified.

Examples are any of the Settings pages, the Theme and Plugin Editor
interface, the add Category page, etc. All utilize a left justified save,
add or update button. But I can't think of an example where a delete link
is incorporated this way. Delete links are typically

Honestly I wish the Menus worked like Pages, Posts, Media Library, etc. I
don't like the create, edit and manage all from one screen UI. It strays
 from everything else in WordPress.

Ideally when you went to Menus you would first get a table/grid of all
your Menus (just like Edit Pages) and then from that page you could edit
or click Add New which would then show the menu builder interface. Then on
the menu builder interface in the right hand column you could have the
first widget box contain the SAVE button and the delete link just like it
 is on pages, posts, etc.

Yes it would split it up into 2 screens, but it just makes sense because
thats how Posts, Pages, Media, Categories, Tags, etc. work. Yes,
Categories and Tags have add forms integrated on the first screen... but
i'm not a fan of that either. It could just as easily be behind an "Add
 New" button just like Pages/Posts/etc.
