  * status:  reopened => closed
  * resolution:  => fixed


Comment:

 Updating to PHP 5.2 should handle this. AFAIK the functions we need are
 all core functions, not in an extension (though of course any function can
 be disabled). the PECL library allows you to update your timezone list but
 it is not the library.
