Comment:

 Just wanted to update ya'll. The server was down before the launch of WP3,
 so that is why none of you could connect to it. After poking around in the
 codex, I happen to find a little command that forces SSL when you login
 and are in the admin. Needless to say my problem is fixed and chalk this
 up to a newbie.
