 You'll need to bring that up with the German translators, Only english
 strings are in core. You can start in http://de.wordpress.org/

 The other 2 issues are an error caused by #13948. WordPress 3.0 requires
 '''PHP''' 4.3, and Mysql 4.1.2 (Which is why the upgrade proceeded
 correctly)
