Comment:

 I'm assuming those calls are only there for when Cron is non-
 operationable, as cron uses a different hook.

 I'm not sure this is needed to be run on admin_init at all, Perhaps
 something later such as the footer would be better suited.

 Setting this to 3.1 for a proper fix instead.
