 String "Name:" is used on two places:

 wp-admin/edit-form-comment.php:91
 wp-includes/js/tinymce/langs/wp-langs.php:271

 But in Czech there are two different consequences and we do not have one
 simple word for this. It is Name for Commenter (living person) and Name
 for Color (thing).

 Please make two different strings...
