 Mike, I'm not going to be working on this. I do wish you luck in your
 implementation. I was reading through some old wp-hackers discussions on
 this from last year. I find it difficult to believe that it has been
 almost a year since everyone discussed it. I believe that when something
 is continuously brought up, that someone should step up and attempt to
 correct it.

 Well, good luck. I hope you don't become demotivated from working on it.
 I'm bowing out from this.

 If someone can remove my uploaded file, I would like that.
