 * move Home and Link menu items into a single dropdown

 * drop Inactive Menu Items

 * 5 visible items per dropdown instead of 1

 Current issues with the UI:

 * hard to remove items (you don't have anywhere to drag them off to,
 except another menu)

 * can only add items to the first open menu (see this
 [http://wpdevel.wordpress.com/2010/01/17/menu-management-ui/comment-
 page-1/#comment-4529 discussion])
