 Per page load, Or if my other patch for a better cache key does in, per-
 different-request.

 The other thing to note however, Is that The user agent can only be set
 via a custom header, so its virtually always going to have extra headers.
 Without it, No user agent is sent at all from the look of it (Will have to
 see if ini_set('user_agent'... can be used instead)
