Comment:

 Use of the .dev.js scripts can be enabled by adding
 {{{define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', true);}}} to wp-config.php.

 Media features are being held until 3.1, when the media UI is likely to be
 overhauled. For what it's worth now just to keep in mind, the patch only
 accounts for thumbnail/medium/large, but there is an API to specify other
 sizes as well.
