 Hmm, I honestly don't know what we'd do here. It would break plugins for
 sure, but we do need to consolidate the media options, so I guess that's a
 small price to pay.

 What's with the Track Links Update Times option? That's not media, but
 should it really be an option? I'm not sure where we'd move it if we keep
 it in core.
