 When editing an existing page or category menu item, it looks like you can
 edit the URL for that item.  When you click save to close out of the edit
 screen, the "View Page" link URL updates to the new address, but when you
 save the menu it gets reverted.  I'm sure this is the desired
 functionality since the menu item is linked to the page or category ID,
 but the URL input field should probably be disabled to avoid confusion.
