 also removed the comments from the patch.

 and ... if i can ask ... how can i test this on trunk if trunk does not
 work ?
 because i've tested there too, but with or without my patch it does not
 work so i can't figure out if this breack something else ... should i
 write this or not ? sorry for being so newbye about cooperation ...
