 I won't further the argumentation in the comments (I've stated my view
 already), but isn't it a bit incongruous to say "your concerns have been
 heard, and noted," while at the same time closing the ticket as "wontfix"?
 That's basically the equivalent of patronizing the OP while telling him to
 go pound sand...
