 Posts that have more than more than 30 or so tags take up multiple screens
 worth of space on the posts list.  This format serves no useful purpose,
 and actually forces users to scroll around just to find the next post in
 the Edit Posts list.

 Tags display should be limited to perhaps 10 at most, or displayed in an
 overflow div for sanity.
