 OK, to add something on the issue. The patch provided westi solves the
 issue partly. Yes, it allows the usage of UTF-8 slugs for pages, but... it
 works only if you open the page from the current site. So if someone links
 to that page from other web site, it will return 404.
 So in order to solve the issue, there should be some additional
 enhancement in the routing of the URLs.
