 The same goes for the plugin and theme install screens. Currently, you
 have to switch back and forth between the network admin and the regular
 admin.

 PS: I think is_admin_network() would be a slightly less confusing name
 than is_network_admin(), because the later is too similar with
 is_super_admin().
