 Trying to do a fresh install of trunk at r14100 on XAMPP (Apache on
 Vista).

 After entering database connection details on the "Setup Configuration
 File" screen, submitting the form gives a blank screen. Can't even get any
 errors to show up with error_reporting set to `E_ALL | E_STRICT`.

 No idea how to debug this without visible errors. Suggestions?
