 The script loader can only compress/combine core files, Whilst plugin and
 theme authors are suggested to use the script loader, it'll only output an
 item in the head, not actually add it to the compress/combine lists (Due
 to the way that the script loader is a separate component, It doesnt load
 WordPress&Plugins so as to reduce memory footprint)
