 based on the conversation in the dev meetup:
 > westi: So make WordPress understand the concept of a number of
 directories containing themes.
 > Give plugins the ability to register_theme_folder() where one or more
 themes lives

 Will this also be considered for plugins? A primary use case would be
 themes bundling canonical plugins with the theme.
