Comment:

 Ideally we should add minified versions of Prototype/Scriptaculous
 (although they aren't officially minified). Any known good around?

 SWFUpload has separate ticket, jsCropper and Color Picker are there only
 for backwards compatibility, and Quicktags is customized (and seems to
 work fine).
