 I'm with Otto on this one. While the dropdown solution is quite a bit to
 scroll through, it's a LOT easier than trying to come up with a valid city
 by randomly guessing about one it'll know.

 I think the current implementation is going in the correct direction, but
 it could use some refinement. Perhaps if JS is enabled, then picking a
 region first (i.e. "America") to cut down on the number of items to scroll
 though.
